Kingfisher offers a typical turn-around time of 1-2 weeks. Please contact us for urgent calibration work.
We calibrate all brands of optical test equipment at any wavelength from 350 to 1650 nm.
Our optical calibration laboratory is ILAC / NATA ISO 17025 accredited.
Kingfisher offers a fixed price instrument repair service on our instruments, with a typical turn-around time of 1-2 weeks. Please contact us for urgent service work. A 3 month warranty applies to all service work.
Instrument assurance services
Kingfisher offers an instrument Service Inspection Certificate. We put your Kingfisher instrument through Quality Assurance evaluations on our automated test systems, ensuring your instrument is performing as well as the day it was delivered. This service is less expensive than full re-calibration, and is typically used in ISO9001 compliant asset assurance programs.
