We can demonstrate microscope resolving power using an USAF Extreme Resolution Target, 1951 USAF from Group 4 to Group 11, Element 6, with 0.137 µm minimum spacing.
We manufacture a microscope with a resolving power of about 0.388 µm, so we are experienced with microscopes.
